OVERVIEW
The Stroke Development Program is an advanced swim program where students learn the
freestyle, breast stroke and backstroke stroke.
Learning strokes has an inherent fitness benefit for both children and adults. Children who
learn strokes have an opportunity to take swimming to another level by competing
professionally.
To be enrolled into this program, the said student must perform competently, the skills taught in the beginners swim program according to the Reef Swim School standard.
